I purchased a domain name around 5 weeks ago from the person who first registered it.
I approached a gambling site to see if they were interested in buying the domain as they own the .com (I have .co.uk) and I had been getting offers from other firms.
The .com owners emailed me asking how much I was looking for. I said a figure and they said it's too much and they will try and claim my domain over a TM dispute.
Their TM was registered in 2009 whereas the domain I own was registered back in 2006. The domain name in question is two generic words.
