TM lawyer recommendations

I need to speak to a TM lawyer about something... While a domain name is involved, it's not strictly domain related.

Rang a couple of local places today, both of whom claimed on their websites to have good TM lawyers. One was reasonably helpful, the other said their TM lawyer had left the practice and "left a hole" so they couldn't help.

I have a "situation" I'd like to talk through and then decide whether to (legally) fight...

If anybody here can recommend anyone, please either post below or PM.

To the main point. Are there any good TM lawyers out there, not necessarily dealing with Internet businesses (but would be beneficial).

Tifosi - There's a few people on here helping me with some "unofficial" advice (thanks chaps)...

... but I've also made contact with a legal firm local to me who are TM experts and were very friendly/knowledgeable on the telephone. I'm going to see them next week (free meeting) so I'll report back here if they're any good.
