Does anyone have a tool to add this domain: in front of a list of domains on a spreadsheet before I add it to webmaster tools.

add domain: into a column

and then use concatenate function within excel.

Or in Word...

Replace All "^p" with "^pdomain:" ("^p" is the new paragraph marker)

BONUS: you can use the same trick to turn bare domains into full URL strings:

Replace All "^p" with "/^phttp://www."
