looking very quickly to aquire a TOP traffic domain
sector ( ie SEO, Finance ) not really important but NO adult / gambling sites please

Looking to aquire very quickly ( will be checking this thread every few hours )
would prefer 1 / 2 word names only

would be funded by the small firms loan guarantee scheme so the amount we ask for depends on the domain

i'd say £20k top mark
Would aim for around £10k - £15k preferably

Hi, can you clarify "TOP traffic domain" a little please ie. whats the minimum monthly traffic you will consider? And would you prefer a lower traffic good one worder to a higher traffic 2 worder?

sorry suppose i should have gone into more detail

i'd prefer a 1 word domain with low 5 figure monthly traffic to a 2 letter domain with high 5 figure traffic

the minimum traffic must be 10'000 uniques per month but will reconsider this for the right name

I will say this though.. just becuase the top budget is around £20k doesnt mean that is what i wat us to spend.. i do want to see lower value names as well

Lonedomainer, the SFLGS will be funding this? Nice one, would have been a great business plan in itself a couple of years ago. You'll probably still get away with it if you ask somewhere else!

its all been setup through the bank and ready to go
we have set the maximum required at £20k and been approved so all we need is a domain
if the cost of the name is lower then the loan will be lower .. but its all in place ready to go

to clarify, I was referring to asking for domains elsewhere (Would be easier to get a better deal to justify the debt/repayments etc.)
