No. Maybe if you develop a site you could get people to sign up to a transfer rumours ebulletin and market products to them.

Other than that, how would you monetize it?

No shortage of products to market, and not that difficult to find content for what would be a blog style site. Guess it's just finding the time to keep a site like that updated.

I'm sorry but I see domain value as very limited. Whilst suitable for an informational site that could be monetised with display advertising, it's not a directly commercial term and therefore not that attractive to internet marketers.

Thanks for the feedback, most of my other domains are commercial - was influenced by the exact numbers and a little alcohol with this one
