Trying to track down TAG holder

Is there any way you can find some contact details for a tag holder? I am looking to try to contact Mr Antony Wright [Tag = WRIGHT] about a domain which he has caught but no luck so far with email and elected not to make address visbible in whois. Would Nominet be able to help?
