Tucows got my domain

My domain www.allnewmorocco.com expired recently and Tucows wont let me renew it

Bought it via Webfusion and the transfered my hosting to 1and1 neither reminded me or sent me an invoice and i chased the both at the time and neither seemed interested or their problem now I'm stuff and they wont let me transfer it to 1and1 or renew it its now in the portfolio great ? any thoughts as I not a techie

IRC, Webfusion use Tucows for registering .com's. Tucows keep hold of domains after expiry and if there is any traffic they'll renew the domain but change ownership to Tucows. Cheeky I know. Only way you'll get your name back is to phone them up. I've recovered a domain through tucows for little money.
