Hello mate, I can honestly answer "No". I did do some research and didn't come across any clear answer, and so when I submitted it to DL I did send a covering email saying that. I guess it all boils down to what anyone would use it for - if it's your surname for example, then there is no way it would infringe on any twitter TM.
