Twitter users have today been warned about a new virus spreading through malicious links on the micro-blogging site.
The virus, which is thought to have been activated earlier this week, works by tempting users to click on bogus links that use Google’s URL shortener http://goo.gl. The links allow the scammers to hijack your account and send further malicious links to your followers.
