I've just started using Twitter to promote one of my sites, see:

http://www.twitter.com/dropcostuk

and I have to say I am very impressed with the product, and slightly wish I'd started with it sooner (but I thought it would be a bit of a distraction).

With TwitterLeak, then I see the "hook" with it, but if they have IP protection on the Twitter name, which they probably have, I personally wouldn't want to put a lot of effort into a site without their prior consent.
