I bought all of the domains below with the intention of developing them all primarily as affiliate income generating sites (as I have successfully done with others). Some are common typos and others are keyword rich domains. I now realise that there are only 24 hours in a day and realistically I am never going to get anything like all of what I own developed.

I have recently pointed them all at namedrive which is providing some income, but I now wonder if any stand out as having any value as I could probably easily be persuaded to part with them for hard cash!

Hope this is in the correct thread as I'm fairly new to this forum, any advice/comments approx valuations welcome as I really have no idea.

Wrong section really Dave. If you wanna offer them for sale try UK Domains For Sale or Wanted section.

I don't know yet whether I want to sell I was hoping for some valuations first to determine if any have a value to make them worth selling.

Would need to see traffic stats and clicks in order to value them as there doesn't seem any intrinsic value.

Just my opinion. :-D

traffic stats and clicks aren't huge, I was hoping to sell based on the keywords in the domain names rather than actual traffic (they aren't developed). I may as well keep if they have no value as namedrive has covered the cost of most in few weeks. I may get round to developing them eventually.

I often see domains going for what I consider "silly money" for names that don't seem to be that good, I guess that is becuase they are sold on traffic stats.

RB the whole deal with typos and hyphend names etc is the traffic so if yours have none they probably have no value - sorry.

If they manage to turn over some income for you then i'd keep them so they cover the cost of buying some other domains.

even though they are close typos - a typo is a typo so people will look to the one that will offer them the most traffic for the money

good luck

Charlie,

Thanks for reply. The typos get about 40 views per day on namedrive. I assume that classed as low traffic.

However re the non typos (ie what I class as keyword rich). My assumption is that traffic is not relevant as it is the keyword in the name that would attract the value if the sites were to be developed.

Corerect me if i'm wrong charlie.
Typo's normally sell on the back of revenue so for example someone might pay the average monthly click revenue times 1 or 2 yrs.

Your best bet with the others is either keep 'em parked and hope for an offer or develop them with lots of affiliate marketing on.

you can sell a domain any which way you want :)

40 a day per domain seems pretty good to me? like stender says there must be a market for typo traffic especially at these figures
