uiv2.com - high traffic domain for sale

Hey. I'm looking to sell the domain uiv2.com, mostly based on the traffic it gets.

Registered with Dreamhost, expires 2007-08-03

A fairly established site, I'm looking to sell the domain only. Last month it got 59,000 uniques and 400,000+ page requests. Here is a screenshot for those stats. A search for uiv2.com on google returns over 13,000 results.

uiv2.com is currently ranked 163,482 on Alexa, and has lots of backlinks.

Here is the monthly traffic information for the site as long as it's been up. In March 2007 the site was down for a few weeks, so the stats are lower.

I'm looking for offers of $xxx and above.
