Approx 10,000 ad pageviews pa
Can provide stats to people with serious enquiries
Site can be left just as it is - all written in html - and it will give you an ongoing income from adsense. OR you can seek to develop it further eg pages for different geographical areas.
Price is 1x annual income ie £540 and buyer pays nominet.
On completion of sale will strip out the adsense code for you to add your own and then zip the files to you.
