This may or may not be relevant to many or any of you here but I run Lead Affinity and we are always on the look out for quality online Payday Loan applications in the UK market (will be expanding to US market in Dec/Jan).

Well that was easy... first email to form integrated, leads submitted and approved was about an hour...

One big player in the industry have dragged their feet for a couple of weeks already and making getting their forms on a site a complete nightmare. I don't want to point fingers or name names, but lets just say I hope Blackpool get relegated this year

Wow - is it really that easy to make money from a loans site? I remember the time (some years ago) that we sent a huge number of leads to a loan company and apparently not one converted from a large portfolio of quality loan domains we owned. The experience demoralised us and we never tried that again. But this guy has come on the forum at 3.28pm and a couple of hours later Frog has given them two enquiries and one in the bag with £17 commission. Makes me tempted to develop some of our quality loan domains but would we be wasting our time again? Is that a very busy site you are getting your leads from? I assume it's extremely highly ranked in google. What's the chances of us developing cashadvances.co.uk or something like homeownerloan.co.uk and getting a decent return this time?

My experience has been the same as Nigel's from the sound of it. I just stuck with adsense and recently been getting near £5 a click so happy with that.

Will be watching the thread to see how it goes for people, hopefully be a good move for finance sites.

Bear in mind we're going off a very small data set here. It would be a major mistake to assume 1 lead in an hour for £17 = £2856 a week. I might not see another lead for days

If you think you can rank the domain, or come up with a unique way to get traffic to it, I'd go ahead and do it.

I really should be keeping my mouth shut here rather than encouraging competition lol. Its also worth noting I'm doing this from a site I paid £5750 for, so I didn't just turn a £7 domain into an earner overnight...

Thanks for coming back and your offer to discuss. I'll give it some thought - we've still got a large loan and finance domain portfolio including samedayloan.co.uk and instantcash.co.uk and some others that get a bit of trafic. Developing them is a big step and we've had a few disappointments in the past. But maybe we're missing an opportunity. All the best.

I'd develop the ones that directly correspond to search traffic for their exact match terms. I probably wouldn't waste time doing anything else if they are just domains without sites on.

Without getting an exact match bonus and/or building from an aged site (aged site, not domain) I really don't see the ROI being there.

We've sent 18 leads to this since I signed up, aiming for 50 a day next.

5 so far, 26%. From my research it seems if they don't approve instantly, they're more then likely not going to.

I spoke to Chris over the last week and all I can say is very helpful and the system looks good and easy to install.

Mine has been up today and already got a sale from very few vistor numbers. So from this point, thumbs up from me and will be rolling out across a few other sites shortly.
