It's not going to be a high search term, but here's a dev idea for you. Develop a site where people can go on holiday "virtually" by collecting photos of popular tourist destinations online, the idea being that you browse the photos online rather than actually going there. Run AdSense on the site to generate revenue. Of course, travel offers saying "Want to really go there?" will work too.
