i have been trying to contact someone from ukdedicated for over a week for an invoice. if anyone has a contact with them can you ask them to get in touch.

ok this is getting silly. i have tried to contact craig from ukdedicated.com for over a week to get an invoice for the server i purchased. I would appreciate an email from anyone from ukdedicated.com to get in touch with me as i need the invoice for my vat returns. If anyone has any contact with anyone from flump.net / ukdedicated.com then please can you ask them to get in touch as soon as possible....

After returning from a horrid few days of food poisoning I've caught up on the ticket that was assigned to me. Sadly it seems it came in the night before I took ill and so was assigned by evening staff.

All sorted now though.. belly is still not 100% but this issue is.
