UKReg redesign - confusing & weird?

They have redesigned their site, but it is even more confusing and long-winded than before!
They don't even seem to have a shopping cart! Some of their links don't work in their drop down menus -- arrrgghh!

Luckily I don't use them that often...

It has been dumbed down so not so clear as to some option you really need for managing domains, there is no happy medium though.
