Updating Windows 10 - "The User Profile Service failed the logon”

Got prompted to update Windows 10, which then broke itself

I restarted and it let me login but seemed oddly reset, same programs installed but without all my personal files

Had to do the below to fix it, just in case anyone else runs into the same issue
