Perhaps it won't make a great deal of difference who is US president after the 2012 elections but I've been watching it all unfolding anyway. Who, at this stage, do you think will win the election, Obama or whoever his opponent is possibly Romney)? Polls currently have it going close. How the US economy fares in the run up to the election could tip the balance either way I think.

well, like you say it makes no difference who is president
he is just a puppet for the regime/company

obama is the greatest conman in history I think, so convincing and had everyone fooled
off the back of bush people really wanted to believe in something different as he was so awful

anyway, the only decent man is Ron Paul but they won't let him win
look at Ron Paul's history and life, he is a very impressive man. very intelligent, old school with principles who believes in the constitution

if he got in and was actually allowed to do what he wanted to do Amreicans could have real hope and the rest of the world, as it stands they're screwed

Yes, I quite enjoy some of Ron Paul's musings, especially concerning war. It does seem that the power of the oil and arms industry is a factor that remains no matter who is in power.

well their foreign policy has long been insane
their domestic policy is only getting more fascist

i'm all for calling police if a child did something wholly illegal like carrying a knife but see link

also now 'patriot act' in full force and constitution has all but been torn up I predict a nightmare scenario for the states in coming years
they're prepared for martial law now with fema camps etc
'they' want this to happen, thats the really sick part

Obama, hopefully. At least the democrats seem (on the whole) to believe in "science".

I agree with Edwin, and I think Obama will make a mountain out of killing Osama Binliner. Plus the US economy is on the up (at least for now)

Yes, the US economy does seem to be improving somewhat, which in turn is helping Obamas job approval rating. I agree that if forced to pick a party to get re-elected I'd go with the Democrats. Half of the Republican candidates running are out of touch and in the case of Bachmann and co, downright loopy.
