Unable to think of any use for it, meaningless word, difficult to pronounce for a brandable.
Never trust appraisals, trust your gut and go from there. Maybe you could tell us what your gut said when you regged it then we will have a better idea where you think the value is?
In it's current state I am unable to add a value to it.
Just my appraisal doesn't mean I am right.

thank you aiden... already i have learned my first lesson. and i see what you mean.. i litteraly closed my eyes and typed it,, then found out neisas eu and other organisations had that name.. so i thought if i could propose that domain name to them they might want it.. is that a bad move???

If that is how you genuinely picked the name then yes it's a bad move
There is plenty of info on here about how to research a name and I would recommend reading it before regging any more, it will save you money in the long term.
In terms of pitching it to the existing registrants of the name, my guess is they didn't want it in the first place.
Brandable is not my forte and I am sure many more here are better equipped to comment but to my uneducated eye it doesn't cut it!
Good luck anyway and I hope you don't lose on it.
