I'm assuming that this is shorthand for "victoria falls"?

IMO the domain is purely something that could be used as a brand, as almost no-one in the UK (according to Google) uses [vic falls].

Est value £0.

If you wanted to increase ^^ value then I think you'll have to build a site on it and get it ranking for [victoria falls] and earning, then it'd have a value related to that traffic and revenue.
