I think you'll struggle to sell it at any price

registration date is pretty irrelevant if the domain doesn't hack it. In fact the date almost betrays the logic of late 90's thinking/wording.

Someone may use the domain for personal clips (Uk focused) but that will be a labour of love not money

I can't see many uses for it. Anyone building out a a video sharing site will go for a .com although it could be used by an agency.... probably a long shot though so value is minimal/reg fee.
