Virtual Assistant Needed - Do You Know Anyone Good?

After the recent Panda bloodbath I've decided to concentrate more on white hat link building tecniques and have decided to look for a VA to help me. I've placed ads on Odesk and Elance but the standard of applicants is, well, awful.

Can a reputable member on here recommend someone they have used that I can pass some work onto? I appreciate you probably won't want to drop names in the thread but if you know of someone, please get in touch via PM. All I need them to do is contact webmasters requesting links for content and/or payment.

Tough one! Have you tried an intern? If you have the time to teach them what to do, may be a cheap way.
