Not that commercial, not that valuable. Don't develop it for the sake of it, i.e. just because you own the domain. To be successful you need a name that people will connect with. This name is rather generic and all encompassing, so very difficult to get any traction with.

Example of potential = HotOrNot - Specific voting, people connect = traffic

VoteOnline = Vague, vote on what? People not that interested.
