Now taken off sale, thanks for DM's but just didn't reach my price floor. You can still DM offers until I sell or develop.

Offers welcome

Does a "walk in shower" signify a shower that has absolutely nothing at floor level under the door (if indeed there is a door)? What about a small lip to ensure the door seals better than it would if it scrapped across the floor? Is "walk in" more likely to be door free and what's the difference between "walk in" and a "wet room", if anything? :)

Depends how extreme a walk in shower you want, they can be completely different to the usual cubical type showers that have a tray with the drainage hole, some of them still have the tray, and to some extent the cubicle surround, some are open plan with no surround or just a partial glass screen. They mainly seem to have glass brick walls or curved glass walls rather than the usual cubicle type showers in most homes, and instead of the shower tray you stand on a tiled floor which is part of the complete floor or the shower/wet room

Typically it's more a fully tiled wet room as opposed to a standard type of bathroom with a shower stuck in the corner, have a look on Google images search. If it's an open plan bathroom I call it a wet room, if it has any type of screen in the room seperating the shower, even just one screen, that's a walk in.

To me this is a typical walk in:

Bathrooms and wet rooms are my day job
The term wet room is most commonly used
Very rarely do I have a request for a walk in shower
Wet room is king

Whatever the Case - I now know more about possible shower arrangements than was ever needed. Lets face-it, walk-in showers are a whole different ball-game to clumsy, constrained step-in shower cubicles that Invicible imagines as the norm . (I appreciate the difference) give me a walk-in anyday.
