I would like to buy SCANNED .co.uk zone file list.

The list should contains scanned data esp. expiring dates.

I think you'll find that to supply the list would be against Nominet's T&C's, you may find some old .uk zone files from a few years ago. Also, a list will be out of date very quickly so you need a mechanism to keep this updated.

I think aside from the T&C issues, the fact no such zone file exists and most people have built theirs over months and years.

Next a co/me/org list, would take WEEKS of 100% dedicated DAC allocation for most people.

Such a commodity would then be sellable for a monthly fee to dozens of people.

You would need to be paying a monster amount, should you find a unicorn willing to sell you such a thing.
