I have said many times over the years

"It's easy to make money online if you work very hard for it".

The point is, it's easy to make money online if you compare it to an "offline" job. And you can make money automagically if you spend the time and hard work setting up the systems in the first place.

If it was really that easy, no one would be working and we would all be millionaires.

My advice would be thus...

... think of at least 50 problems people have / things they can't do easily etc

now check to see if those 50 problems have been solved

short list the ones that have not, or have not been solved well

now choose the one with most demand from the remaining list

create the solution (this is where the time, investment, work etc comes in)

market the solution, use viral spreading etc

support the product

start to out source the support and development

live off the income and continue to work or sell to someone as an exit strategy.
