Wanted: Domain Wanted - domain to develop, price range £2k-5k (can go up to 10k)

Okay, lets give this a try here.

I'm looking for domains to develop. We are not that worried what niche they are in - as long as they have good potential to monetize a developed sites.

We are only interested in .co.uk, .com, .net or .org - no other extensions.

We are only interested in generic domains - nothing "brandable" (ie worthless)

We are not interested in domains with hyphens or numbers in them.

The domain needs to be a search term with reasonable numbers for exact match search in Google for that term.

I would prefer to spend £2k-£5k per domain, but can go to £10k for the right one. I'm not really interested in anything cheaper as it wouldn't be worth spending the time developing.

The domain search term needs to be something with commercial intent, or something that could easily be monetized by ads - ie "{cityname} hotels", "lose weight" or similar.

Please send me your domains with price. Any without a price will be ignored. I don't need any other info other than the domain/price - everything else I would base my decision on is available publicly.

Can you provide your definition of "reasonable numbers for exact match search in Google", and are they exacts for UK, US or global?

Exact match would depend on the domain extension - for a .co.uk I would go on the assumption it can only rank in UK, so would use UK numbers. for any other domain I would probably use the worldwide figures.

"reasonable" would be decided on a per domain basis, any experienced domainer will know whether the price they are sending me is reasonable or not. It's all dependant on the niche - I can monetize a weight loss search term far easier than I can monetize a free mp3 one, so I'd be willing to take the weight loss one on far less search volume.

I've had half a dozen pm's already. At this point its a bit pointless to reply to them all, since I'm not going to make any decisions on spending till I've seen what everyone is offering me, so keep the pm's coming, thanks.

Pretty much open - we own lots of developed sites across extremely varied niches.

It seems I can only have 10 pm's in my inbox, so can anyone contacting me please use the "email" function, thanks - there is no way I can keep my inbox under 10 pm's given the rate I've received them so far.

edit- guys can you please at least read what I'm looking for before emailing me - I've had a fair few that hardly meet any of the requirements I posted.

Again, any without with prices will be ignored. I need to show potential ones to my colleagues and we'll decide which to pursue - its pointless to show them one with "offers" next to it since too many people drastically over value domains. If we aren't close in price then we might as well both know that from the first pm rather than wasting each others time.

Unless I was going to spend all day hitting f5 and saving/deleting messages as they come in, the pm system is worthless.

In my opinion, the response to spammers/bots is not a good one, and just prevents forum users from effectively doing business. There are better solutions to spammers than a 10 message limit.
