My friends think I'm a computer expert (little do they know!) However one asked me how to report a website with dodgy pic's, I was a little stumped but enquiries have led me to believe that this is the best website to use in the UK. Only prob is they seem dedicated to the uk only.

The UK Hotline for reporting illegal content specifically:

Child sexual abuse content hosted worldwide and criminally obscene and incitement to racial hatred content hosted in the UK

CEOP will be the best route, they have a global reach so will know who to pass on information / liase with.
