Hi, I have decided to learn a new skill, and can't decide what to start on, either Iphone app development with swift, or responsive web design? What would you do?

Hi, I have decided to learn a new skill, and can't decide what to start on, either Iphone app development with swift, or responsive web design? What would you do?

I would come up with a project first and try learning whatever skills are needed to execute it - much easier to learn with a purpose.

Then after a day or two I would realize it's going to take me forever and it's effectively much cheaper to pay someone who knows what they're doing
