Web designer recommendations?

Guys, I need a really sh!t hot web designer. Any recommendations?

Don't want to be spending corporate design prices, but equally, am willing to pay good rates for quality design.

The requirements are almost in place, so the majority of it is down to design and layout, with ability to produce animation in html5 and high level database skills and security against hacking.

Also need to be willing to sign a restrictive covenant against discussing the project outside of the company.

If your serious about spending 10k+ over time I would go to a proper agency. Somewhere where they can demonstrate developing a project into a brand.

I agree with Julian, an agency should be more suited to your needs because what you're asking for isn't just a web designer, web design does not equal "high level database skills and security against hacking" they are three completely different things. An agency can provide you the best of all 3 but of course at a much more premium price.

Thanks for your opinions guys, you are probably right, it will be a project that starts small but needs developing over time. Though I may still need a relatively basic site to begin with and evolve from there.
