Many thanks for your interest.

As mentioned by mxm, the different areas of the site are product feed fed and would be easily amended to refelect your own tracking id's.

The site is a bit of a mixture of subsites, and really needs restructuring to make it a bit easier to manage.

Ever since I have owned the domain, the pages seem to do well in the SE's as you can see from the stats at www.web-sites.co.uk/awstats.php

I have received approx £3-4k in comissions from the site over the last couple of years, however I believe the potential of the domain and its ability to rank well in the SE's an important selling point.

I have received a few offers in the low to mid £x,xxx range but feel taht the domain/site warrants a higher price.

I do not really have a guide price or BIN in mind, am simply looking for some serious offers.

If there are enough of you interested, then maybe it would e better to put the name on the AD auction for you to battle it out for this great name.
