Just tried signing up for a VPS (option 3) and the completed order form just refreshes the page.
Contacted 'support' via messenger and that stopped responding after 3 lines.

The order took place on or very near 09.30 am, today 27/12/14. Please confirm you have not taken any money and you have not retained any card details.

Wouldn't it be easier to email support@whb or if on here message http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/members/mdrussell.html directly ?

I used the messenger on christmas day with no problems, and never been cut off before.
