my opinion...it needs more text on the homepage...aat the moment there is a slider.....and some text below that..

but in an ideal world you would have the slider as a jQuery slider and then then have an an intro to the business here....

also add some more content as the FAQs and how the service actually works.....also you have plenty of room for someone to leave a feedback or contact from the homepage..utilize this.....
