There doesn't seem to be a huge amount of searches for the term, I would guess a lot of searches will be for the more general 'Business Grants'.

Quite a non-profit one given the nature of grants, could work as an information site feeding into a webdesign co. Visitors would be wanting to find information on grants available, who's offering them & how they go about applying for them.

I'm not too sure about the .com's operations though, not really offering any sort of grant, looks quite a strange one to me...hardly a subsidy looking at the prices...
