I have tryer.co.uk would this be considered a Premium Domain name? If not what constitues one?

Yes, it is the common mispelling of tryer, but it appears in the Urban Dictionary. Could be seen as a 'cooler' spelling of tryer? I got just because it is a five letter slang word. Thanks for the info accelerator.

Premium really just means valuable. Take a visit to dnjournal.com and look at some of their sales reports. It's a good site for general domain education too.

Rgds

Be VERY careful in trying to equate a .com to a .co.uk though - It dosen't always hold that a word/s can span both markets.

A "valuable" domain is anything that fits into a "multiple of buyers mindset".

Your going to miss if you don't see from a commercial perspective though - and "tryer" has no "Capture" on any UK count. As a .com it would probably raise some interest in the - $xxx market .(as a misspell) But thats the nature of that market (Individuals in that market pay that amount for a reasonable blogging name)
