You should still able to change name servers and such just not transfer them.

You can't as the registrant surrender (cancel) a name until the registrar has paid Nom for name, that is what the screen shows you were trying to do. You can initiate a registrant transfer, TAG change etc.

I didn't want cancel them ones, I was cancelling others but that came onto the screen and just made me wonder ? NP
