what to do re someone linking to my sites

just noticed in several of my sites stats that a site called TRUEMILES.COM has put my sites addresses on the front page (these vary by day).

Normally most would be pleased to see someone linking to your sites but this particular one clearly is mfa, has no real value to a visitor and none of the internal links work, no contact details etc.

The owner has cloaked his details on whois so I can't see who is behind this.

what to do?
