i have just bought a new pc and i was walking through asda and seen this:

acer aspire m1610 desktop pc
intel celeron(430) 1.8ghz
1024 mb(2x 512mb ddr2) 160gb hdd LAN
dvd/rw vista home premium
sis mirage 3 graphics
acer 19" x193w widescreen tft lcd
keyboard,mouse,speakers,norton anti virus,office07

it was a ex display and i paid £180 for it,the missus will kick me in the head when she finds out i supposed to be finding presents for the little one,and i come home spending £750

Pretty good for £180 but what did you spend the other £570 on?

Rgds

He's going to tell his wife the PC cos £750 and the remainder was actually spent on domains or strippers and booze :p

i bought a nintendo ds and wii and the games are about £25/£35,i also took my daughter to derby county to collect the new home shirt that was £40 for a kiddies shirt,i had her name put on the shirt and the women said it would take two hours to print, so i spent another £80 walking around pride park waiting for some gimp to iron four letters and a number on a shirt.

Don't they screen print the letters or are they Vinyl now ?

i think he was using a steam press, couldn't be 100% sure the shop had only been reopened that day and it was awful, you could buy the new home shirt and that was about it,90% of the store had only that shirt and there were no variety at all.

feel sorry for you mate, £40 for something I wouldn't even wipe my arse with!

sorry to be off topic but I can never turn down the chance to insult a derby fan

IMO derby will face a religation battle this season, they have signed a load of no hopers and free transfers with an aim of spending as little as possible.

i think Mr Jewell will be given three months to be within the top three if he isn't then the 33,000 fans will show there disapproval,i agree with the calibre of players you are talking about but the yanks (owners)are only there to make money not to spend a fortune,if we do not get promoted then they will be heads rolled that is a sure thing.
