For sale a complete website on litigation;

1.) It went live to Google on the 20th March 2012, immediately within hours hit first page sitting at no: 7/8
2.) Now it has gone up places:
3.) Now type in Google... "what is litigation".........
Google.co.uk its: no 4, 1st page.
Google.com its: no 5, 1st page.
4.) The content is approx 17.5k unique words, keyword rich surrounding litigation, defamation, libel and slander, including: precedents templates/examples.
5.) It averages approx 150 + visitors a month, bare in mind its a new site and the search is not that high, although slowly improving in visitors.
6.) We have it listed on Sedo.
7.) The domain is Godaddy reg, expiry March 2013.
8.) Although the site is 12/13 weeks old it has already gained a pr1 ((Note: the .com version has No rank!!)lol)
9.) Will prefer transaction to take place via bacs payment or if not than to use an escrow.
10.) The site is developed using Drupal, (a book style)
