Anyone else unable to download the week's drops? I've not been charged either, whereas the money normally just comes out. Sent a note to support but nothing back.

Login page seems to be blanked out aswell, noticed yesterday when I went to book a name. Did post the URL but appears DCE and dropsystem links get blanked out.

Hi guys
We had a catastrophic disk failure on DropSystem which put us out for three days. Simon has now rebuilt the system so all should be as normal again now. DCE has had some software updates. All should be working okay now.
Caz, I'm actually in Thailand with Simon but return to China on January 16th - thanks for those kind words
