Wanted: Domain Appraisal What's it worth wholesale? (ballpark)

Generic (but niche) domain that nets £500 - £600 per annum in PPC Rev?

I only want a rough estimation on what a domain trader would pay wholesale for such a name as I am going to market the domain to end users via ebay and another targeted marketing campaign and I would like an idea of a reserve to set.
