I plan to start buying a few domains and I'm not sure where to start. I've looked at a few broker sites like Sedo, but, to be honest I'm overwhelmed and am not even sure how to find out if they do what I want them to do.

These are my wishes for selling domain(s)
  1. Trustworthy - of course.
  2. Easy easy easy
  3. I don't want to deal with money since I don't have an online payment service - but, I suppose Paypal would be fine
  4. If someone types the domain name into ANY domain into the browser a web page comes up saying the domain is for sale.
  5. I don't want to pay monthly or yearly fees - even if this means that the commission they want is bigger.
  6. Sometimes when going to buy a domain and it's not available a little thing comes up saying "this domain might be for sale" find out... I would love for that happen!
  7. I don't want their to be a HUGE learning curve.
  8. I want people to trust me and not be afraid of buying a domain from me
  9. I don't want to be scared when someone comes to me because I don't know what to say or do and am worried about not getting enough for the domain

Is that a reasonable wish list? Is it possible?

Any advice and suggestions are HUGELY appreciated!!!!
