Hi All

I've bought a domain name which contains a trade marked name which is b l u e to o th

As they are so many products with this technology do you think it would cause me big problems?

This isn't your normal trademark issue where someone is infringing on a company brand name, this is a technology, so providing you are promoting that technology in a positive light, I don't think you'll have too many problems.

I was asked something similar on a very blunt bluetooth domain . If you have a look at the official Bluetooth website it does say:

http://www.bluetooth.com/Bluetooth/SIG/Trademark/FAQ/

Can I register a website called “www.bluetoothphones.com” or www.bluetooth.se?
No. The Bluetooth word mark in a trademark is owned by the Bluetooth SIG. The word mark is not to be used in a domain name or as a URL. The only exceptions to the rule are for the domain names owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc. (bluetooth.com and bluetooth.org). An appropriate use of the Bluetooth word mark in a URL would be www.companyname.com/bluetooth.

It is a TM and usual rules and risks apply.
