Wordpress newsletter plugin recommendation

I'm looking for suggestions for plugins that are easy to implement and preferably free of charge to manage sign ups to newsletters and distribution of the newsletters. Probably talking about 100s rather than 1000s per site so hopefully a free solution exists.

I swear by mailpoet. Free, allows you to drag and drop your email content or latest posts etc.
