Wanted: Website wtb: Oak Furniture related website

Looking to buy an aged oak furniture site with backlinks. It needs to be a legitimate website, not a parked domain, and not a 1 page "coming soon" type site.

I would prefer it if the site was specifically about oak furniture... if not then just furniture in general would be okay.

It needs to have a website on it right now, and have been this way for at least 6 months. It also needs to have a reasonable amount of backlinks.

I'm going to 301 this site to a new oak furniture domain I bought, so please don't pm just domains without sites or backlinks as they will be absolutely useless for purpose I need them for here.

Since 301'ing would lose any EMD benefit, I'm mainly looking for site age/backlinks, rather than search volume of the domain phrase.
