The main features include candidate sign up and advanced CV search for recruiters that includes payments/subscription.

It will be need to be design and coded.

Budget is $5000-$10,000.

For higher end projects I use The Floating Frog to do all the design stuff to html pages. Then I use my own coder to turn it into WP and code any other backend bits I need.

I've had some excellent results doing this, his designs really are great and convert very well.

Ye, their web designs look really nice thanks monkey.

For the record, I've now hired a web dev team to do this so not looking anymore.
