Funny when you see a domain dropping that you know a bit about.
XKO was a multi-million t/o software company providing systems for multi-branch merchants such as timber, plumbing, building etc. I used to work for a competing software house.
Think they ended up merging with a Canadian software company that was also then bought out.
Evidently, the domain became surplus to requirements.
