Wanted: Domain Appraisal your opinions please

Had sniffs on the above 2 names....let me have some feedback on your opinions guys.

Although on paper they look appealing, Ive had lots of <*something*guide.co.uk> over the years they have all proved to be worth nowt.

Im not sure why, so Id recommend just keeping hold of them for a rainy day unless you get offered £1xx for them

I like xxxxguide and xxxxcomparison type domains, I think they have value so long as the xxxx is a well known generic type product or service.

As for value, i think the singular works slightly better but they are still good domains
