I would be quiet and move elsewhere. Your new neighbors (unless you buy an island) aren't going to know your previous level of living.
with that sort of money i'm afraid they're now kidnapping targets and scam targets now they've made it public
they're gonna need security etc.
don't want to sound too cynical about the world but...........

I'd pay someone to take the credit for the win and quietly dissappear
Can you imagine being the fall guy - getting 1000's of charity requests and a few death threats, isolated from half his family, and only £400 in his bank... while everyone thinks he has millions
(I guess he'd have more than £400 in his account if you were going to pay him)
If i'd won 161 million i would certainly ensure the fall guy gets a lot more than £400.
